Geoff is Co-CEO and Co-Founder of Cava Studio and Managing Partner and Founder of Cava Capital, a venture capital firm building valuable technology and consumer lifestyle businesses and investing in visionary entrepreneurs. Geoff started the firm in 2007 as an early and growth-stage investment platform for high-net-worth individuals and has led the firm efforts in primary investments since inception. Geoff has helped build over 20 venture-funded businesses into viable high-growth enterprises, been instrumental in the raising of millions of dollars of venture capital, worked with many companies as advisor and investor, and sat on several boards of directors at various stages of company growth.

Managing Partner/Co-Founder CavaStudio

Bob Geiman is Co-CEO and Co-Founder of Cava Studio and a Managing Partner of CavaCapital, a venture capital firm building valuable technology and consumer lifestyle businesses and investing in visionary entrepreneurs. While at Cava, Bob was the Founder and CEO of Confirm, a leader in mobile document and identity authentication sold to Facebook in 2018. Prior to Confirm, Bob founded and served as CEO of EveryScreen Media, a mobile advertising and technology company (acquired by Dstillery in 2013).EveryScreen Media, Confirm were both launched as Cava Studio projects in 2011 and 2015 respectively.

Carl is the Chief Medical Officer at Cava Capital and a member of the core management team of the fund. Carl is responsible for overall Health Care due diligence at our portfolio companies. 

Carl is a physician, scientist, and serial entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience at the interface of healthcare and technology through multiple start-ups. He is a board-certified psychiatrist at Massachusetts General Hospital and a part-time Assistant Professor at Harvard Medical School. Carl is also the Chief Psychiatrist at Ready Responders, Inc., a venture-backed on-demand health service with over $100M in funding including investments from GV, Frist Cressey Ventures, and Deerfield Management.
