Geoff is Co-CEO and Co-Founder of Cava Studio and Managing Partner and Founder of Cava Capital, a venture capital firm building valuable technology and consumer lifestyle businesses and investing in visionary entrepreneurs. Geoff started the firm in 2007 as an early and growth-stage investment platform for high-net-worth individuals and has led their efforts in primary investments since inception. Geoff has helped build over 20 venture-funded businesses into viable high-growth enterprises, been instrumental in raising millions of dollars of venture capital, worked with many companies as advisor and investor, and sat on several boards of directors at various stages of company growth. Geoff founded and has served as CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors of LYMBR, a Cava Studio Company, a leading luxury brand in the consumer wellness industry.

Before Cava, Geoff spent the bulk of his career as an operating executive in various early-stage, venture-backed technology companies filling roles as diverse as Head of Business Development, Sales and Marketing, SVP of Operations, and Executive Committee member. Companies included Gartner, PointCast, Centrport, Scient, and Iconoculture. Before starting Cava, Geoff had been an active angel investor and had been a strategic advisor for two venture capital funds. Geoff has been a consultant and advisor to several large ultra-high net worth family offices, specifically related to alternative investments and manager selection and review. He maintains deep relationships with most of the largest and most sophisticated asset management institutions and high net worth advisory services.

Geoff holds an M.B.A. from George Washington University and a B.S. in Business and Economics from Lehigh University. Geoff is an advisor and board member at the Baker Center for Entrepreneurship, Innovation, and Creativity at Lehigh University and has worked with student entrepreneurial programs at Yale.
